We know sometimes deliveries don’t always go as planned.
Here’s what happens if you miss your delivery and what you should do next:
If you weren’t available at the time of delivery, the courier will usually:
Leave a calling card with instructions
Send you an email or SMS notification
update the tracking link with a missed delivery status
You can check these notifications to see your next available options.
Depending on the courier:
DPD: You can reschedule delivery or arrange to collect from a DPD Pickup Shop. (T&C apply based on size of the item.)
DHL: You can reschedule delivery online or choose an alternative delivery date.
FedEx: You can request redelivery or collect from a local depot.
Parcelforce: You can request redelivery or collect from a local depot.
Use your tracking number to access the courier's website and manage your delivery
If no action is taken after a missed delivery:
Couriers typically attempt 1–2 redeliveries depending on their policy.
If unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to us.
If the parcel is returned, we may need to recharge shipping costs to resend it.
Couriers hold parcels for a limited time (usually 5–7 days) before returning them to the sender.
Always follow the courier’s instructions promptly to avoid delays or additional charges.
