We understand how important it is to have your screen up and running.
If your screen is not powering on, follow these steps before contacting support:
Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the screen and the power outlet.
Test the outlet by plugging in another device (such as a phone charger or lamp) to confirm it is working.
If you are using an extension lead, try plugging the screen directly into a wall socket.
Check for any visible damage to the power cable or adapter.
If available, test with a different compatible power cable to rule out cable faults.
Make sure the power button on the screen (usually located on the side or bottom bezel) is pressed.
Some commercial displays have a main switch at the back or underneath the unit that needs to be turned on.
Look for any standby lights (red or white LEDs).
If a standby light is on but the screen is blank, try pressing the power button again or using the remote control.
Move the screen to a different socket/location and retry.
Sometimes local electrical issues can prevent correct power delivery.
Disconnect all HDMI, USB, DisplayPort, or other external cables.
A faulty cable or external device can sometimes cause the screen to fail to power up properly.
Never attempt to open the device casing; doing so may void your warranty.
Always use the manufacturer-approved power cables and adapters.
