iiyama LH Series Remote Not Working? Here's How to Unlock It

If your iiyama display remote control is not working, don’t worry — it’s a common issue that usually happens because the remote control is locked.

This applies to all displays in the following iiyama series:

📺 Affected iiyama Display Series:

  • LH41 Series

  • LH54 Series

  • LH60 Series

  • LH64 Series

  • LH65 Series

  • LH70 Series


🔓 How to Unlock the Remote

Most iiyama commercial displays come with a remote lock function to prevent unintended changes. If this feature is activated, the remote will stop responding even if the batteries are working.

To resolve this:

Use the iiyama remote control and simply press the NORMAL” button once.

This action will unlock the remote control and restore normal functionality.

⚠️ Do not press and hold. A single press is all that’s needed to disable remote lock.
