How to Place an Order at ScreenMoove

At ScreenMoove, we strive to make your shopping experience convenient and secure. We offer multiple ways for you to place an order and purchase our products. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to order from ScreenMoove:

  1. Explore Our Website: Before you start shopping, we recommend taking some time to browse through our website. Familiarize yourself with the different categories of products we offer. You can find the category menu on the left column of the website. Additionally, you can check out our special offers by clicking on the "Specials" tab in the top menu, and view our latest products by clicking on "New Products."

  2. Find the Product You Want: Once you've identified the product you wish to order, click on the item to view more details. For digital signage, you can use the "Digital Signage" from the Category menu. This will guide you to choose the manufacturer and model of your signage model.

  3. Add Items to Your Cart: When you've found the item you want to purchase, adjust the quantity (the default is 1) and click the "Add to Cart" button at the top of the page. You will be directed to the Shopping Cart view, where you can see the item you added, along with any previously added items. To continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button.

  4. Review Your Cart and Proceed to Checkout: Repeat the process of adding items to your cart until you have everything you want to order. Then, click on the "Checkout Now" button. If you're a new user, click on "Register & Checkout." For returning users, simply enter your username and password and click "Sign In & Checkout." Review the products in your order, and if applicable, enter any discount coupons, order numbers, or special instructions regarding the order or delivery. Once you're satisfied with the order details, click "Checkout Now."

  5. Choose Your Delivery Option: On the first page of the checkout process, you'll need to select your preferred delivery option. The minimum option is Next Day Delivery, but you can choose a timed delivery for earlier arrival. The costs associated with each delivery option will be displayed based on the weight of the goods. After making your selection, click "Continue Checkout."

  6. Provide Payment Information: Next, you'll reach the payment page. If you're paying by card, enter your card details. If you prefer to pay by BACS or cheque and require a Pro-Forma invoice, choose that option. Please note that goods will only be shipped after the Pro-Forma invoice has been paid and the funds have cleared in our account. Once you've selected the appropriate payment method, click "Continue Checkout."

  7. Confirm Your Order: You will now be directed to the order confirmation page. Take a moment to review all the details, ensuring that your personal information and order are accurate. Once you're certain everything is correct, click the "Place Order" button.

  8. Order Confirmation: After clicking "Place Order," you will see a confirmation page indicating that your order has been successfully entered. It's crucial to print this page as it serves as your transaction record. If you don't see this screen, your order may not have been placed.
