We make managing your digital signage simple and straightforward.
Using our Content Management System (CMS), you can upload and schedule your content with just a few clicks.
Visit your assigned CMS platform link. (You should receive this if you made purchase CMS license to your email.)
Enter your username and password.
If you do not have your login details, contact us at support@screenmoove.com.
Navigate to the Playlist section.
Create a Playlist. Click Upload or Add New Media.
Select your files from your computer (e.g., images, videos, PDFs).
Supported file formats typically include:
JPEG, PNG
MP4, AVI
PDF for static menus or posters
Tip: Ensure your content matches the screen resolution for the best display quality.
Go to the Playlists section.
Click Create New Playlist.
Add the uploaded media files to the playlist in the desired order.
Save your playlist.
Go to the Schedules or Calendar section.
Select the Display/Screen where you want the content to appear.
Choose the playlist you want to schedule.
Set the dayparting always unless you want a start time and end time, or configure it to repeat (daily, weekly, custom).
Save and publish.
Your content will automatically update based on the schedule you set.
Always double-check time zones and display settings before publishing.
Scheduled content can be changed at any time without needing to manually access the physical screen.
If your screen is offline, scheduled updates will apply once the device reconnects.
