If you're experiencing issues with your remote control not responding, it may be due to a missing IR (Infrared) cable connection. Certain commercial display models require the IR cable to be connected to the 'IR In' slot on the display for the remote control to function properly.
The following models require an IR cable connection to enable remote control functionality:
EL32G, EL32G-2H, EL32G-2+
PF43B-2, PF50B-2, PF55B-2, PF65B-2
PR43D-4H, PR50D-4H, PR55D-4H, PR65D-4H
XN75D-2H, XN75D-4H, XD86D-2H, XN84D-2H
Without the IR cable properly connected to the designated IR In port, your remote will not function even if it has working batteries.
Locate the IR In port on the back or side of your screen.
Connect the IR cable firmly to this slot.
Ensure there are no obstructions in front of the IR receiver if external.
Test your remote control again.
