Here’s how you can track your order once it’s placed:
You can track your order anytime by logging into your account on our website:

Click Account Login (top right corner)
Go to My Orders
Find your order to view the latest status and tracking information
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with-in 48 hours.
This email will include:
Courier name (e.g., DPD, DHL, FedEx)
Tracking number
A direct link to track your parcel
If you do not receive this email, please check your Spam or Junk folders.
You can visit the courier’s website and manually enter your tracking number:
DPD / DHL Tracking
Tracking may take a few hours to update after the shipping label is created.
For large or custom orders, shipments may be sent via pallet networks. Tracking details for these deliveries will be emailed separately.
If tracking remains unavailable after 48 hours, please contact us for assistance.
